Return Window
- You have 5 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
- After 5 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., masks)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds May Apply
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 5 days after delivery
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with our decision.
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account first.
- Contact your credit card company — posting can take time.
- Contact your bank — processing delays are common.

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Discounted items and Buy X Get Y promotions cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
- Email info@shungosrojos.com for exchange instructions.
Gifts
- If the item was shipped directly to you as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit upon return.
- If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund goes back to them.
Return Shipping
- Email info@shungosrojos.com with your order number and items to return — we'll send instructions.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
- For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
