Return Window

  • You have 5 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
  • After 5 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., masks)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds May Apply

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 5 days after delivery

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with our decision.
  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account first.
  • Contact your credit card company — posting can take time.
  • Contact your bank — processing delays are common.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Discounted items and Buy X Get Y promotions cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
  • Email info@shungosrojos.com for exchange instructions.

Gifts

  • If the item was shipped directly to you as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit upon return.
  • If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund goes back to them.

Return Shipping

  • Email info@shungosrojos.com with your order number and items to return — we'll send instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
  • For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
